   To meet the above functional requirements, we put forward below technical solutions on the premise of ensuring charger’s appearance dimension as small as possible

  1.Adopting Professional input EMI filters, meet requirements of EMC

  2.Adopting advanced PFC structure+ Phase-shifted Full Bridge soft switching  topology.

  3.Adopting professional MCU specially used in car and providing communication mode: CAN2.0

   Below is structure & dimension diagram for liquid-cooled heatsink. We can install a charging module unit powered 1.5KW-2KW into the heatsink. Several charging modules can be paralleled to realize output power 6.6KW.
